This is the first post on the new Krakenkiller website. Welcome to my wonderfully crafted webpage, clearly the result of a great amount of creative genius on my part. I have already been nominated for the Nobel interwebs Prize. Feel free to sign up, we'll only have to poke you a few times, and it's free.
In other news...
24, the show about the intensely cool counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer has returned, as of last week. I have yet to watch it. I have, however, seen the 24: Redemption movie, which was nominated for a Screen Actor's Guild award or two. I am a pretty big fan, but do not possess any number-bearing underwear, so I am not that hardcore.
Lost, the show about action, drama, romance, and weird people on an island has also returned, premiering last night, Jan. 21st. Also did not see that yet. I plan to, however, and may even pop a bag of popcorn, which will then get grease on my keyboard : (. Oh well.
Video Games: EA has continued layoffs, this time in black box. They have also reportedly dropped Pandemic Austraila completely, the creators of such great games as "Destroy All Humans". Maybe EA should make a game called "Destroy All Employees", because that seems to be their current course of action. In news relevant to EA, LOTR: Conquest, the Lord Of The Rings themed battlefront-style game has come out to mediocre reviews. I have only played the free online demo on XBL, and it was pretty fun. An EA accout from their website is necessary to play, but seeing as I already had one, I was fine. The game took about 10 minutes to get used to, and by then I learned that everyone chooses the scout class, the satchel bomb throwing, knife weilding, one-hit killing, invisible scout class. To my dismay, when I earned the Witck King, I was one-hit killed by a scout. That alone turned me off from the game. Therefore, I have not bought it. I do recommend downloading the demo if you've got a free gig on your 360 HD. Over and Out.
