Well, I saw this movie opening day, with great expectations. The previews had promised awesome, and I came to see if that's what they had given. The action, story, and effects were not dissapointing. It made some profound statements about society, although they were ridiculing humans for their moral depravity while the movie had plenty of sex scenes and more violence than any war movie I've ever seen, including SPR, Black Hawk Down, and a number of others. Ah, irony. Nonetheless, it was very cool to watch Rorschach beat the crap out of criminals and then some. The major element of fail was that Dr.Manhattan had decided, apparently, that now he was blue, he didn't need pants. Yep. Almost the entire movie had his dick in it. I do not think I will ever see this movie again, despite the amazingly cool parts, which were cool. It wasn't really worth it.
